These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kpau website. By placing an order through Kpau, you express your understanding and agreement that you are bound by these Terms, in addition to the Website Terms of Use. If you are unwilling to be bound by these Terms and the Kpau Site Terms of Use, you may not use the Kpau. These Terms apply only to orders you place using the Kpau.

When you place an order through Kpau, we may verify your method of payment, shipping address before processing your order. Your placement of an order via the Kpau is an offer to purchase our products. Kpau may accept your order by processing your payment and shipping the product, or may, for any reason, decline to accept your order or any part of your order. No order shall be considered to be accepted by Kpau until the product has been shipped. If we decline to accept your order, we will attempt to notify you using the e-mail address you have provided with your order.

Kpau may limit or cancel quantities available for purchase on any order on any basis, and to alter the availability or duration of any special offers at any time. Kpau may reject any order, or any part of an order.

When you place an order through the Kpau, you are required to provide a valid e-mail address, which we may use to communicate with you regarding the status of your order, advise you regarding shipment of back ordered products, and to provide you with any other notices, disclosures or other communications relating to your order. You agree that Kpau will not be responsible for any damage you incur, or information you do not receive, as a result of your failure to provide a valid e-mail address.

Kpau attempts to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Site. However because the colors you see will depend on many factors, including your monitor or printer, Kpau cannot guarantee that the color you see matches the product color.

Kpau makes every effort to provide current and accurate information relating to products, services, and prices displayed on the Kpau website, but does not guarantee the currency or accuracy of any such information. Information relating to Kpau ’s products is subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change at any time prior to Kpau ’s acceptance of your order. In the event we discover a material error in the description or availability of a product or service that affects your outstanding order with Kpau, or an error in pricing, we will notify you of the corrected version, and you may choose to accept the corrected version, or cancel the order. If you choose to cancel the order, and your credit card has already been charged for a purchase, Kpau will issue a credit to your nominated acount in the amount of the charge.

Kpau follows the industry standard, Secure Sockets Layer protocol, "SSL," for the transfer of sensitive data over the internet. When entering your credit card number online, a "key-lock" icon will appear in the bottom right of your browser window. This icon is your confirmation that SSL has been activated for the transfer of your personal information. A second indication of SSL activation is that the displayed URL will begin with "https". Kpau does not hold credit card information.

You may pay for your order one of the following major credit cards: Visa® and MasterCard® cards or Direct Transfer. Orders placed before 6:00 p.m. Sydney, Australian time(+10), Monday through Friday, will generally be processed and billed that day and shipped the following day. Orders placed after 6:00 p.m. Sydney, Australian time(+10), Monday through Friday, or on weekends, will generally be processed and billed the following day, and will generally be shipped the day after processing. In most cases, your credit card will not be charged if Kpau declines to accept your order. If your card has been charged, Kpau will process a refund. In the event your shipment will be delayed more than fifteen (15) days after the date of your order, Kpau will attempt to notify you by e-mail, using the e-mail address you provided, and you may elect to cancel the order. If you elect to cancel the order, Kpau will issue a refund. Kpau does not hold credit card information.

Shipping and handling charges cost AUD $9.95 anywhere else in Australia. Generally, all orders are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, Monday through Friday. For delivery in Australia, in order to receive a product on the next 2-4 business days, you need to place your order before 6:00 pm ET. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or national public holidays. Some remote locations within Australia might take 4-6 business days, depending on destination.

International orders incur a flat rate of AUD $20 and are shipped within 48 hours of receipt, Mon through Friday as above. Please allow 7-12 business days for delivery for international orders.
Please read this carefully! For us to process your international order, you must read and accept the following agreement:

You are responsible for any duties, tariffs, customs charges or additional charges levied by your country of entry. Furthermore, Kpau is not responsible for any additional charges once the items you have ordered have left Australia. Should charges be levied in your country, and should you refuse to pay them, your credit card will be charged for all outgoing and return delivery charges that may be incurred by Kpau When the returned merchandise is received by Kpau, you card account will be credited for the merchandise only.

If you have questions regarding customs or duties charges and procedures in your country, it is your responsibility, not ours, to research this information PRIOR to placing your order.

Kpau collects and remits GST taxes as required by law on purchases made via the Site. For orders to oversees customers that don't pay the tax, the 10% is simply transferred over to be a handling cost.

You may return any product purchased through the Kpau within 14 days of receipt, provided that the product is unused, with original tags in their original condition and packaging. For further details, please read our Returns Policy. If you received the wrong product, or a product that is damaged or defective or contains a damaged or defective part, you may contact us to obtain return instructions.

If you would like to return an item to us, please contact us within 14 days to let us know you will be returning the item. All items that are sent back MUST be posted via registered post. Any item that is not sent via registered post and goes missing in the post will not be credited. You must email us with your name and details prior to returning goods and good must be received within a 14 day period to be applicable for refund/exchange. Please see our FAQs for further detail on returns.

You are free to choose a full refund or you can exchange for another item.
If Kpau believes that an item has been damaged or used we have every right to return the item back to you with no refund or exchange.
